KNOWLEDGE INTEGRATION MANAGER CENTER FOR GLOBAL GROWTH COMPANIES
The community of Global Growth Companies (GGC) is a strategic initiative of the Forum to identify and engage the next generation of leading multinational corporations. These “New Champions” will fundamentally change the business landscape over the next 5-10 years.
As Knowledge Integration Manager, you will identify and monitor the key trends for GGC members and work with the Forum’s Annual Meeting Programme Team to incorporate the knowledge generated throughout the GGC activities during the year into the programme of the Annual Meeting of the New Champions. You will also ensure that the content of the GGC programme tracks in regional activities is up to date and relevant for fast-growing companies. Additionally, you will manage the Forum’s Web 2.0-based platform to integrate the Forum’s rich knowledge resources into concrete offerings to GGCs. These include the Global Risk Report, Global Competitiveness Reports, scenarios and initiatives from the Centre for GlobalIndustries. You will execute the publication, in all media, of the relevant knowledge for GGCs.
You will join the Forum as part of our Global Leadership Fellows Programme (www.weforum.org/glf). As such, you will be fully integrated in the World Economic Forum and benefit from an intensive work and learning experience intended to develop and train future leaders of global enterprises and international organizations. The Global Leadership Programme is designed by the World Economic Forum in collaboration with its worldwide network of distinguished experts and leaders.
You have a university degree and at least four years’ experience in aconsulting/strategic development environment, with excellent knowledge of key trends and developments in international business. We expect you to be a strong team player, comfortable interacting with senior management, action- and results-oriented, and having gained extensive experience with Web 2.0 tools and technologies. You are a resourceful and customer- oriented self-starter. You speak and write English fluently and at least one other language.
